Health Insurance Penalty for 2014 will be. There are very few exceptions to
this penalty so you need to understand what you your financial
responsibility maybe if you do not have health insurance. The fee is based
on your income and how many months you didn’t have coverage. Generally, the
higher your income and the more months you didn’t have health insurance, the
higher the fee. You can enroll in coverage for 2015 until February 15. After
that date, you can get health coverage for 2015 only if you have life
change that qualifies you for a Special Enrollment Period or for if you’re

facing are explained here. The Health Insurance Penalty for 2014 if you
didn’t have coverage in 2014, you’ll pay the higher of these two amounts
when you file your 2014 federal tax return. 1% of your yearly household
income. (Only the amount of income above the tax filing
threshold, about
$10,000 for an individual, is used to calculate the penalty.) The maximum
penalty is the national average premium for a bronze plan. $95 per person
for the year ($47.50 per child under 18). The maximum penalty per family
